Several months into the Covid-19 crisis, after spending an inordinate amount of time reviewing, organizing and culling the thousands of photos I have taken over the years, I determined to share some of my favorite images with a handful of friends around the world. Thus was born the Daily Picture project. Each morning, I would select at random a picture to send out to an ever expanding list of friends and acquaintances around the world. Each image was accompanied by my thoughts, recollections of when I took the picture, memories inspired by the picture, and even in a few instances, political commentary.

I have gathered the first hundred images here, without the commentary. I understand that this violates all the rules about web site design, but I wanted one repository where all the images could be publicly available.  I am also working on a book that will include all the photos plus commentary, as well as a boxed set of signed prints of each image.
